The Universe and all physical manifestation are one with sound. Even the atoms and molecules that make us are almost entirely made of sound, which in turn is frequency and vibrations.
Singing bowls are considered healing instruments due to their frequencies. Our brains and bodies operate on specific frequencies. Playing singing bowls – creating these frequencies, can entrain our brain, allowing it to relax and become more focused and sooth our body.
Sound healing massage helps to release tension and blockages and to realign and restore the natural flow of normal healthy frequency within around the body.
Singing bowls are placed on to your dressed body and tapped gently with a felt mallet. The gentle vibrations and sounds created induce a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
